Norwood Green Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Between June 2026 and September 2026, Norwood Green SNT will conduct focused enforcement and engagement activity along Havelock Road from Willowbrook Road to Top Locks Bridge towards Melbury Road to tackle speeding vehicles, anti-social behaviour, illegal e-bike use and drug dealing. Violence & Robberies (Police Chosen) Issued 30 June 2026 |
Between June 2026 and September 2026, Norwood Green SNT will conduct targeted patrols, intelligence-led operations, weapon sweeps and engagement activities within the Havelock Estate to reduce reports of violence and robbery. Actioned 30 September 2026 |
