Through our new platform Met Engage you can get to know your local officers, help shape how we police your local area and have direct access to key information and advice.
This isn't just a platform for us to tell you what we're doing in your area, it's an opportunity for you to tell us what's concerning you most so we can take action on the things that truly matter to you.
Roehampton Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Local Priority Issues
We are committed to tackling the issues that matter most to local communities. Based on our conversations with residents, and the issues they have raised with us, our main priorities are:

Violence against the Person Issued 25 November 2025 |
Taking an intelligence led approach, we will monitor and assess information on a daily basis to build an accurate picture of drug activity. We will link people, locations and vehicles to corroborate our intelligence. We will work in collaboration with other teams to obtain and execute warrants, ensuring that tackling linked criminal activity is maximised across Wandsworth borough Actioned 24 February 2026 |

Anti-social Behaviour Issued 25 November 2025 |
We will monitor activity through proactive patrols and seek solutions using partnership oriented problem-solving strategies.. We will enforce ASB legislation available to us (CPW, CPNs) and enforce breaches. We will utilise other resources such as local authority community safety officers and housing departments to advise on the consequence of continued ASB. Actioned 24 February 2026 |

Theft from Shops Issued 25 November 2025 |
Officers will carry out directed patrols in order to reduce incidences of theft from businesses within the ward. Patrolling officers will work in conjunction with Businesses Against Crime and local Business Improvement Districts. We will give advice around security, to assist in identifying repeat offenders and make visits to victims of crime. Actioned 24 February 2026 |
