This isn't just a platform for us to tell you what we're doing in your area, it's an opportunity for you to tell us what's concerning you most so we can take action on the things that truly matter to you.
Seven Sisters Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Local Priority Issues
We are committed to tackling the issues that matter most to local communities. Based on our conversations with residents, and the issues they have raised with us, our main priorities are:

ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) - Local resident have reported ongoing drug use/supply anti-social behaviour in Brunswick Car Park, Lomond Close and Anchor Drive. This was a previous ward priority however has been expanded in area to include anchor drive. Data indicates a reduction in reported ASB however matter remains a significant community concern. Issued 26 February 2026 |
In order to reduce drug dealing and anti-social behaviour within the car park, the ward team have identified key times when offences have been reported. Patrols have been increased during these periods to maximise police presence. A number of stop and searches have been carried out with drugs being located and either arrests made or out of court disposal options utilised. Work continues in partnership with Haringey council to identify key individuals and premises linked to the noise nuisance. Once identified we will issue Community Protection Warnings (CPW) and Community Protection Notices (CPN) to prevent unreasonable behaviour that negatively impacts the quality of life of our local community. Patrols in the area are supplemented by officer from the Wood Green Town Centre Team when available Actioned 28 May 2026 |

Drug Use and Supply on the Ermine Road Estate and Olive Morris Court - Information from residents indicates a significant issue with drug use and supply in this location which is the source of linked anti-social behaviour by drug users. Issued 26 February 2026 |
Joint working with partners to progress the decant of residents from Olive Morris Court who are evidenced to be the source of the drug related anti-social behaviour. Intelligence gathering will be completed by local ward officers to establish the potential source of the drug supply issue. Once established proactive police operations will to be put into place in the area to target relevant offenders to mitigate the impact of this issue on the local community. Actioned 28 May 2026 |

Anti-social/Dangerous Driving in Vartry Road and surrounding streets - Residents have raised concerns that the above area is being used as a cut though between main roads and many drivers are driving at excessive speeds or in a anti-social manner. Issued 26 February 2026 |
Ward officers will conduct vehicle patrols in the area to identify possible offences and deal with them appropriately by section 59 warnings or reporting drivers for traffic offences. Ward officers to engage with local authority partners to establish if area is suitable for traffic calming measures to be put into place. Actioned 28 May 2026 |
