Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.

We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

We regularly speak to local residents to establish what issues they may be experiencing in the area. Violence Related Priority

Wrens Park and Wigan House, targeted night patrols to target violent drug dealers and users at the location. (Police)

Officers have had recent Intel that drug dealers and users are attending the location to sell drugs and to use. Increased night patrols

Vehicle Crimes

Working to achieve a reduction of Vehicle crimes. Targeted patrols - Crime prevention - Info sharing i.e. vehicle interference, locations, time / date and items targeted. Joint patrols with Hackney enforcement officers and Shomrim. (Panel)

Our research shows a visible reduction in Vehicle Crimes since Wilberth HENRY was issued with CBO. However, Local SNT officers will continue to conduct proactive targeted night patrols to provide the local residents with tailored crime prevention aiming to reduce vehicle crimes.

Burglary

Patrols in Clapton Common. Targeted Patrols- Crime Prevention. Locations, time/dates (Police)

Our research shows a visible reduction in burglaries. Our team officers will continue to conduct targeted patrols accordingly.
