Dear Preston,

As another school year comes to an end, we would like to wish all the children, parents, carers and staff at Preston Primary School and Preston Manor High School a fantastic summer break! ☀️🏖️

A huge thank you to Preston Primary School for inviting our team to attend your Summer Fair. We had a wonderful time meeting so many of the students and families, and it was great to see everyone enjoying the event and celebrating the end of a successful school year. 😊👏 

🛡️ Staying Safe This Summer

As the holidays begin, please consider the following safety tips to help keep children safe over the summer:

✅ Know where your children are, who they are with and when they are expected home.
✅ Encourage children to stay with friends and avoid isolated areas.
✅ Remind children about road safety, especially when cycling, scooting or spending more time outdoors. 🚴‍♀️🚦
✅ Ensure children wear suitable safety equipment, including helmets when cycling. ⛑️
✅ Take extra care around open water, lakes, rivers and canals, and ensure children understand the dangers. 🌊
✅ Help children stay safe online by monitoring their activity and encouraging open conversations about their digital experiences. 📱
✅ Encourage children to speak to a trusted adult if they feel worried, unsafe or uncomfortable about anything.

✅ Make sure you children don't engage in Anti Social Behaviour and respect others whilst out.
