FPN- Bike Op

Officers from Loxford and Ilford Town SNT conducted a joint Fixed Penalty Notice operation targeting cyclists on footpaths. 10 FPNs were issued for cycling on the footpath.  

This was in response to the danger posed to pedestrians, especially elderly and young children, who use the footpaths daily. Cycling on footpaths creates a serious safety risk to vulnerable members of the public.
