Dear Sir/Madam

On the 21st of March I phoned 101 about our neighbour who had trespassed on our property ,we have had anti social behaviour from the neighbour on previous occasions , we have one daughter who has a chromosome deletion and has mental health problems and another daughter who has health issues and this was very upsetting for us .

On Tuesday 22nd March just 2 days later the above officer Naz and her colleague came to our house about the trespassing but was unable to get an answer at the the neighbour, so she came back again 2 days later and spoke to the neighbour, PCSO Naz has also rung me and visited since to make sure there hasn't been any further problems.

I would like to say how wonderful and compassionate PCSO Naz has been ,we have felt very supported with this matter, so we want to say a big thank you .
