Criminal Behaviour Order Granted - Sadie Tomlinson

Dear Residents,

In March I sent you all a message regarding arrest of a female by officers from the Marylebone & Hyde Park SNT. This female who had stolen from Boots on Baker Street, was also wanted for numerous other shoplifting offences that took place within both wards.

PC Thomas ensured that a Criminal Behaviour Order Application was submitted, prior to her court hearing. 

As a result Sadie Tomlinson has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order lasting five years.

Tomlinson had been responsible for the theft approximately £11,400 of goods from shops across both wards before she was caught.

Having heard all of the evidence gathered by PC Thomas and the Crown Prosecution Service, the judge at Westminster Magistrates Court referred to Tomlinson as a ‘Menace’, before granting the CBO.

The following conditions which will last until April 2031, will be electronically monitored via tag for two years.

We will continue to target the offenders that are having the most detrimental effect on our communities.
