EDWARD STREET

Good afternoon,

For those of you who pass by this street on your travels, I'm sure you've noticed and I know that many of you have raised complaints and concerns about all of the broken, damaged, illegally parked vehicles, some of which without registration plates.

They have been making the whole area look messy, which in turn attracts more of the same behaviour.

You will hopefully be pleased to know that we have conducted multiple operations with Lewisham Environmental Officers and Civil Enforcement Officers. Many vehicles have been ticketed or marked for removal and this area will hopefully start to get back to the state that we all want it to be in.

While I have you, the environmental officers are keen to do their job wherever they can, and we all see there is a LOT of fly tipping in our area - in all of Lewisham! Visit Love Clean Streets to flag areas you see gathering dumped items.
