ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WARNING issued in SWISS COTTAGE

On 22/01/2026, PCSO Tom Jaszewski, accompanied by PCSOs Hamish Williams‑Murray, Shawon Islam, and Owen Robson, issued an ASB (Anti‑Social Behaviour) warning to a male who has been causing ongoing vagrancy‑related issues in the area of the Swiss Cottage underground car park.

The individual has been involved in repeated behaviour including:

Excessive littering, which attracts rodents

Causing a nuisance to local residents, including when they park their vehicles

Street drinking

Rowdy and inconsiderate behaviour

In addition to issuing the warning, officers completed a safeguarding report, which will be shared with the appropriate homelessness support services, recognising the complex circumstances surrounding rough sleeping. This ensures the individual is offered access to support, guidance, and any available safeguarding measures, in line with our commitment to addressing both the causes of vulnerability and the associated antisocial behaviour.
