Pedicab Joint Operation

Good morning,

I know that Pedicabs and the anti social behaviour they can cause is a concern, just before Christmas we ran an operation alongside Westminster Council, we did a night time joint patrol and a total of six pedicab riders were spoken to and enforcement action was taken for breaches of the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO).

Officers engaged with members of the public to educate them regarding unsafe practices and excessive fares. 
 

Overall, a positive partnership patrol was conducted, with a variety of engagement activities carried out.
