Scam Alert!!

We have received very important information about a scam alert!!!!

Residents have received two calls today,  the number calling is 0203 7524137.

The caller states he's from a 'Housing Repairs Team' , he starts saying he is calling about the repairs and then he asks to verify personal information. 

When asked if from Haringey Council he says is from a Compliance Department and aggressively asks if I have reported repairs or damp and mould issues and when pressed for more information hangs up.

information received that least one other resident has mentioned a similar 'Housing Repairs Teams' in an email.

and we are concerned this could be a type of scam. If any resident come across this scam do not engage in any conversation with the caller and report it to the Police and your telephone provider to block the number.
