Hello Everyone,

The Ilford Town Safer Neighbourhood Team will be holding a Pickpocket Awareness Event Inside Ilford Exchange Shopping Centre on 23/11/2025.

The aim of the event is to raise awareness around pickpocketing and theft prevention, particularly during the busy shopping period. Officers will be able to offer crime prevention advise, demonstrate how to keep personal belongings safe, and answer any questions about local policing community safety.

Please come along to meet your local officers, pick up some useful tips, and find out how we`re working together to reduce theft and keep Ilford safe.
