Success stories of August on Kingston Gate ward.

Hello residents,

We wanted to share a re-cap of some of the success stories that we are able to share… just in case you missed them throughout August.

Intel lead to an arrest on 01/08 of an individual for breaching their bail conditions, in an area where residents were concerned about drug dealing.

On 06/08 local patrols meant a subject was stopped for smoking cannabis, where they were issued a community resolution.

What is a community resolution? We here you say. This is is an informal method used by police to address low-level offenses, allowing for quick resolutions on the spot without formal prosecution.

On 07/08 Two males were stopped in a local park for having cannabis and were issued with community resolutions.

On 12/08 we detained two suspects, where one of them was found with cannabis

On 21/08 there were 4 arrests in relation to drug dealing.

On 29/08 a juvenile was found in possession of Class A drugs.

We had 3 main areas where we were targeting in particular, due to residents contacting us. We are extremely grateful for this intelligence and the evidence shared to help us pin point areas and people of interest.
