Dear Residents and Business owners, Many of you may have had dealings with Jamie SHEERAN who is a prolific offender in Kensington and Chelsea (along with other areas). He has recently attended court and been found guilty of the following offences and received the sentences as shown. Assault and theft at Jimmy Fairly SW3 – 4 weeks custody Assault David Faulder – 4 weeks custody (consecutive)Mr Sheeran was on a 12 month suspended sentence at the time the offences were committed and therefore this was activated – 4 weeks x 2 (concurrent). This will run consecutively to the 2x common assault. Total 12 weeks custodial, will serve 6 weeks. Due to the remand he has served this time so was released, however, following this Mr Sheeran's licence was revoked having been shown wanted for an offence of Harassment. He will remain in prison now until 18th September 2025. In addition to this there have been more conditions placed on a CBO for him which include Requirements
1.Leave any retail establishment immediately if requested to do so by a member of staff within
the M25. For clarity this includes any store, shop, café, bakery, public house, licensed premises,
or club. 2. Be in possession of any pedal cycle or part of pedal cycle unless it is registered to himself on
bikeregister.co.uk or lawfully hired.
3. Enter any changing room in any shop or store without verbal authorisation from a staff
member.
