e-Bikes in Morden Hall Park

Dear residents,

We've had numerous reports of children under 18 using the Lime and Forest bikes illegally, especially through Morden Town Centre and Morden Hall Park.

Most are “hacked” or with the locks broken. Some are even being ridden when the alarm is going off!

For reference, using one “that was found like that” is not an excuse, and we will be taking it off the rider. To use a Lime / Forest bike you need to enter into a contract with the company so you need to be 18 years old. Riding it under that age is not allowed, and the bikes will be taken off the child riding it.
