A Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) was issued to Naomi BANJOKO

Naomi BANJOKO  was arrested for theft in the Pavilion’s shopping centre. Police arrested the defendant and charged. The defendant was taken direct to court and found guilty. Police made an application for a criminal behaviour order to be imposed for 5 years. This was granted and any breaches of this are arrestable.

CBO approved in XH Mags on 4/8/25 for 5 years conditions

Naomi BANJOKO must not anywhere in public in England and Wales:

1. Enter any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales from which she has been formally banned.

2. Remain in any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales having been asked to

leave by a member of staff or security guard.

3. Enter the private areas of any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales without

the permission of a member of staff or security guard.

4. Be in possession of any cards, wallet or property that is clearly in the name of another person

in any public place in England and Wales, without valid proof of purchase or ownership.

5. Be in possession of any tools, equipment, or bags, adapted or intended for use in the theft of

goods (e.g. foil-lined bags, cutters, or tag removers)

6. Engage in any behaviour, within retail or public spaces, that causes harassment, alarm or

distress to a member of the public, staff or security personnel.

7. Enter the Pavilions Shopping Centre except to attend an appointment at the Job Centre and

only the Job Centre.
