A Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) was issued to Luigi INGLESE

Luigi Inglese was arrested for committing theft from a Motor vehicle and charged. Police made an application for a criminal behaviour order for 5 years. This was granted.

CBO approved in XH Mags on 4/8/25 for 5 years conditions

Luigi INGLESE must not anywhere in public in England and Wales:

1. Enter any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales from which he has been

formally banned.

2. Remain in any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales having been asked to

leave by a member of staff or security guard.

3. Enter the private areas of any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales without

the permission of a member of staff or security guard.

4. Be in possession of any cards, wallet or property that is clearly in the name of another person

in any public place in England and Wales, without valid proof of purchase or ownership.

5. Be in possession of any tools or equipment intended for use in the theft of goods (e.g. cutters

or tag removers) or bags adapted for use in theft (not including shop bought foil-lined bags).
