Three days of action in Northwood Hills

We are thrilled to share some fantastic news with you all. Over the last three days officers led an operation in Northwood and Northwood Hills. Our dedicated police teams undertook a week of action that we hope has made a positive impact on our community.

This initiative focused on tackling issues related to drug dealing, shoplifting and antisocial behaviour.

Operation Highlights:

  • 9 Arrests (Poss. Class A x 1, PWITS x 2, Shoplifting x 5, FTA x 1)
  • A prolific criminal was charged with 12 offences on Friday morning and remanded until their trial date
  • 1 PND (Shoplifting)
  • 1 Community Resolution (Poss. Cannabis)
  • 1 Deportation
  • 12 Dispersals from ASB hotspots
  • 4 Stop and searches 

    • As a result of these arrests and police enforcement, we are one step closer to making our neighbourhood more secure for all residents. Thank you for your support and ongoing information that you provide.
