Violence Against Women and Girls Initiative - Residents Feedback |
||
Hello residents of Northolt.
The MET Police Service is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents in our community, particularly women and girls. The National Police Chiefs’ Council and College of Policing have stated that violence against women and girls (VAWG) is a “national emergency”. And according to NPCC VAWG makes up just under 20% of all recorded crime in England and Wales.
With that being said, we are actively working to address and prevent violence against women and girls (VAWG) and so we want to hear from you to better understand your concerns by collecting feedback on areas where you feel unsafe, as well as any information you may have regarding incidents related to VAWG in our community. Your input is crucial to helping us identify hotspots, improve safety measures and allocate resources effectively.
You can share your feedback here on Met Engage alternatively through Street Safe (see QR below).

If you ever experience this issue or have information regarding an incident, please report it using our online reporting tools at https://www.met.police.uk/, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat or call the non-emergency number 101.
Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form at crimestoppers-uk.org.
Thank you! | ||
