3rd August chariot event 2025

On Sunday 3rd August, officers from your Valentines Safer Neighbourhoods Team were proud to support the vibrant Chariot Festival as part of our local aid deployment.

As hundreds came together to celebrate this important cultural event, our officers were on hand to provide a visible presence, ensure everyone’s safety, and offer reassurance throughout the day. 

But it wasn’t just about security — we were thrilled to mingle with the community, share smiles, and build trust with residents and visitors alike. Events like this are a fantastic opportunity to strengthen relationships and show that policing is about more than uniforms — it’s about people, presence, and partnership
