Is your E-Bike legal?

As a Team we are aware of the amount of E-bikes and E-scooters in and around the area that are/seem to be illegal.  When safe and appropriate the riders are stopped and spoken to.  Some riders are just not aware of the laws of owning or riding an E-bike/E-scooter.  Just because you can purchase one doesn't make it legal.
