You said - We Did - Recent arrest for Drug Supply

Hello Residents,

I wanted to raise a recent arrest that the team were involved in who were reacting to the concerns raised, by you, in regards to Drug Supply and drug use in the ward you reside.

On Saturday 19th July 2025 at approximately 1630hours, officers from Crofton Park and Perry Vale Safer Neighbourhood Teams stopped a vehicle on Honor Oak Park, SE23 and the driver was detained for a search under Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act. The driver was found in possession of a quantity of Class A wraps. Police searched a property nearby to the location he was stopped, in Crofton Park, to which Police recovered -

£8145 in Cash

500+ further small clip bags of Class A Cocaine

One large tub of uncut pure Cocaine

 

The estimated value of the drugs recovered is believed to be £25,000 + and shows a clear disruption to a very valuable drugs line. The arrested male, a 25 year old Albanian National, has been charged and remanded in custody to court for Possession with intent to supply a Class A drug and also Possession of Criminal Property.
