Motor Vehicle Theft

Hello,

This an alert to everyone on a local motor vehicle theft. This is also a test as this will be the first message I have sent, so please let me know if you have received this.

A Volkswagen Golf was stolen from Wansunt Road overnight on the 11/07. The most likely method of theft for this vehicle is the keyless relay method. A reminder to everyone if they have a keyless start car to keep your keys in a faraday pouch and to use a steering wheel lock as an extra layer of security.

Onto the good news though, this is the only motor vehicle theft reported to us this week and we haven't had a single burglary.
