Increase in Parcel Theft from the Building Lobby

Dear Residents,

We would like to inform you that there has been an increase in parcel thefts from the building lobby.
Please see the crime prevention advice below to help protect your deliveries:
- Tracking your parcel to ensure somebody is home for the delivery.
- Arranging for it to be left with a neighbour if nobody will be home.
- Using an off-site locker service for frquent deliveries or expensive items: these are more likely to be in busy places rather than secluded reas that could be targeted by thieves.
- Installing a video doorbell; you will be notified of any delivery on your phone and is easier to install than CCTV.
- Install a security light.
