Hot Weather Continues

Hello Residents,

Hope you are well and staying safe.

As the hot weather continues, whilst out on patrol your local Safer Neighbourhoods Team Officers have noticed residents leaving their front doors wide open as well as some leaving their car windows down. We understand due to the heat it may seem appropriate to allow a breeze to flow through. However, please be mindful when doors or cars are not being attended as it allows opportunists…and it only takes them a few seconds to take something valuable.

Please take this as a friendly reminder and continue to stay vigilant!

And lastly, remember to stay hydrated!
