Cambridge Gardens KT1 - Closure Order

Officers from Norbiton Safer Neighbourhood Team have obtained a closure order from Wimbledon Magistrates Court on 08/05/2025 covering all communal areas of Cambridge Gardens KT1 including, Corridors, Staircases, Landings, and Roofs of Cambridge Gardens KT1. 

 

This order is subject to the following exceptions:

  • Owners and habitual residents of Cambridge Gardens, KT1 3NN and their authorised visitors, including any care workers. 
  • Royal Borough of Kingston Housing / Kingston council staff.
  • Maintenance Workers.
  • Emergency Workers.
  • Emergency Services.
  • Authorised RBK cleaners / caretakers.
  • Royal Mail / Delivery services.
  • NHS Services – including but not limited to district nurses, healthcare professionals, mental health services In the capacity of conducting their everyday business.
  • Spear homeless outreach in the capacity of conducting of their everyday business.

    A person who without reasonable excuse remains on or enters premises in contravention of a closure order commits and offence under section 86 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, liable on summary conviction to imprisonment not exceeding 51 weeks and / or an unlimited fine. 

     

    The closure order is in place for three months starting from 1200 on 08/05/2025 and expiring at 23:59 on 07/08/2025.
